I gave my life to Christ at the age of 16, and was baptized and attended church regularly with my mother and sister in law.
After dropping out of High School, I moved to Milwaukee Wisconsin, Returning back to Rockford, and school, received my GED. I stared working for Head Start, where I also started attending Rock Valley College pursuing studies in Early Childhood Education. After some time, I begin experiencing with drugs and found myself strung out on crack cocaine, over 10 years. I went into several treatment programs to no avail. It was the hand of God that delivered me after crying out to Him in prayer. Thank You Jesus. I rededicated my life to Christ and begin attending church regularly again, praying and studying the word of God. I served many years as an usher and later as Pastor's assistance. I also began teaching Early childhood education again, later to be instructed by God to start a home childcare to teach children the word of God at this early age. After much prayer I stepped out on faith and Ms Nita's Christian Care started September 15

FLOOD held its first service Nov 4/5 2016. I currently serve a young ladies ministry group as part of FLOOD, called women of restoration by-weekly in my home.
