Are little ones allowed? Do I need to register my child?
While little ones can join us, we want you to get the most out of our conference, so we recommend making childcare arrangements when possible. Lastly, there will not be any childcare services provided.
What will I need to enter the conference?
Congratulations, you made it! When you arrive, simply bring your e-ticket with you. (It’s a PDF attached to your confirmation email.) Your e-ticket was emailed to you when you registered for the conference. For your convenience, we will resend your e-ticket to you via email a week before the conference. We request that you do at least one of the following:
• Print your e-ticket and bring it with you
• Have your e-ticket (PDF) ready on your mobile device
As you enter the conference, your e-ticket will be scanned, and you will receive a badge that allows you in-and-out privileges for the rest of the weekend.
I registered for a group of people. How can I share their e-tickets with them?
You can:
1) Give each person a printed copy of their e-ticket (PDF)
2) Email each person their unique e-ticket (PDF)
Why didn’t I get my e-ticket?
Hmm, there can be a couple of reasons… If someone else registered for you, they should have received your e-ticket via email and can share it with you.
If you registered yourself but did not receive an email with your e-ticket, please check your spam folder. If your email isn’t there, please contact us at info@heygirlfriends.org and one of our team members will be happy to help you.
I forgot my e-ticket. Will I be able to get it on-site?
Absolutely! Please visit our Registration Assistance, located in the foyer. You will be expected to provide your ID.
